Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the ATI segment’s financial strategy, planning, and governance.

This executive will shape long-term plans, oversee budgets, and guide reporting and risk management for a global manufacturing and outsourcing business in the renewable energy space. The role requires deep financial discipline, strong leadership, and collaboration with the CFO, executive team, and board to maximize profitability and value creation across Array’s core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Public company experience, ideally within renewable energy or manufacturing.
• Extensive experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the segment’s growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO executive team and, on occasion, the Company board of directors.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Review investments through DCF, IRR and payback analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with auditors and coordinate audit activities.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the development and performance of staff.
• Implement best practices in financial operations, including cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including cost accounting and inventory management.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities.
• Evaluate and integrate acquisitions to ensure financial alignment and value creation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
• Oversee corporate governance processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
