Henkel Adhesive Technologies seeks a Vice President, Associate General Counsel to lead the NA legal function from Rocky Hill, CT. You will counsel sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, R&D and strategy, guiding critical business matters and crisis responses.

The role requires a JD, CT bar license (or eligibility for House Counsel), 12–20 years of experience, and the ability to lead a 16-person team while aligning legal strategy with business goals in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and CT bar license (or ability to obtain CT House Counsel).
• 12–20 years of experience providing commercial law counsel.
• Expertise in contracts, regulatory compliance, IP, privacy, and M&A.
• Ability to translate legal issues for non-lawyers and balance risk with business goals.
• Proven leadership, collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to Henkel Adhesive Technologies NA across multiple industries.
• Advise sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, R&D and strategy functions.
• Lead a 16-person legal team including attorneys and paralegals.
• Collaborate with regional/global legal teams on cross-border matters.
• Maintain on-site leadership at Rocky Hill, with 60% in-office schedule.
