Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 16 professionals (8 attorneys and 8 paralegals) supporting the North America HCB business and related functions.
• Advise the HCB NA executive leadership on critical business topics and crisis management.
• Collaborate with regional legal teams and global colleagues on complex cross-border matters.
• Maintain in-office presence in Stamford, CT with a balanced 60% in-office / 40% remote hybrid work arrangement.
