Princeton Legal Search Group seeks an experienced Vice President, Associate General Counsel for the Infectious Disease Franchise to support a publicly traded biopharma company in Connecticut. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and spanning Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical affairs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed attorney in at least one state.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant pharma/biopharma life sciences experience.
• Strong leadership and familiarity with regulatory and commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on development and commercialization of products across multiple functions (Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access).
• Advise on FDA and global regulatory matters, promotional and non-promotional activities, and compliance.
• Lead or support internal investigations and manage outside counsel resources as needed.
