Qualifications

• Law degree required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate trading documentation for bilateral and cleared derivatives.
• Advise front office on structuring FX and derivatives transactions.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance for bilateral and cleared derivatives products.
• Assess netting and collateral enforceability opinions.
