Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years of legal experience.
• Excellent drafting, negotiating, and commercial skills.
• Experience practicing with a law firm, financial institution or technology company.
• Ability to prioritize work and interact with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Advising on drafting and negotiating client- and customer-facing contracts
• Assisting with day-to-day legal advice to internal Payments clients and partners and other businesses in connection with data, analytics, AI products and services
• Collaborating with business teams and control functions to address and resolve complex issues
• Advising internal clients on regulatory and market developments in data, analytics and AI industries
