Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with at least 6 years of legal experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and commercial skills.
• Experience at law firm, financial institution, or tech company.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple issues, and interact with senior management.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience managing workflow in multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Compliance with licensing requirements for jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Advising on drafting and negotiating client- and customer-facing contracts.
• Assisting with day-to-day legal advice to internal Payments clients and partners on data, analytics, AI products.
• Collaborating with business teams, as well as colleagues in Legal, Risk, Compliance and other control functions to resolve complex issues.
• Advising internal clients on regulatory and market developments in data, analytics and AI industries.
