Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred is a plus.
• Experience in asset servicing and voluntary corporate actions is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for end-to-end validation, election capture, and execution of voluntary corporate actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate client instruction submission to depositories and agents within market cutoffs.
• Oversee position validation, entitlement calculations, and settlement for voluntary actions.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve complex discrepancies with strong SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analyses to drive STP improvements and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and succession planning.
• Report key risk metrics and incidents to senior management.
• Foster collaboration with custody ops, product, and client service teams.
