The Asset Servicing Manager Vice President – Voluntary Corporate Actions at Citi in Jersey City, NJ, leads end-to-end processing of voluntary corporate actions across global markets. You will drive risk-managed operations, team development, and client instruction execution within market cutoffs.

We seek a seasoned professional with 5–10 years in financial services, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of event workflows, cash movements, and related controls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive operations experience in financial services, with asset servicing expertise.
• Proven leadership of operational teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Advanced knowledge of event workflows, cash and security movements, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team managing end-to-end validation, election capture, and execution of voluntary corporate actions.
• Ensure timely submission of client instructions to depositories and agents within market cutoffs.
• Oversee position validation, entitlement calculations, and payment facilitation.
• Manage complex discrepancies and market-driven exceptions with SLAs.
• Drive STP enhancements and process improvements.
