Job summary

Keller Augusta is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to drive investment performance across a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead asset-level strategy, work with property management, acquisitions, construction, investor relations, and portfolio management to maximize value and protect investor capital.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of direct multifamily asset management experience, a track record of executing value-add plans, and strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct conventional multifamily asset management experience.
• Experience overseeing both stabilized and value-add investments.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage partners to achieve business plan objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset-level strategy and business plans to maximize NOI and value creation.
• Manage renovation programs, capital projects, and lease-up or stabilization efforts.
• Oversee third-party property management and operating partners to ensure plan execution.
• Communicate performance trends and risks to senior leadership and investors.
• Mentor junior staff and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
