Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in fund accounting, reconciliation and custody preferred.
• Understanding of post-trade derivative settlements.
• Knowledge of accounting controls in investment management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and review daily derivative reconciliation for all securities.
• Reconcile and process principal and interest payments on derivatives.
• Communicate discrepancies with counterparties and internal teams to resolve breaks.
• Project, prepare, and analyze daily derivative margin calls.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties on operations.
• Develop knowledge of trading strategies, operations, and cash flows.
• Assist in reviewing monthly shareholder statements.
• Perform additional operational, recordkeeping, and data tasks.
