Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a historic financial institution, seeks a Product Delivery Manager for Asset Based Lending within Wholesale Lending Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic capabilities across lending operations, data and technology teams, driving modernization and risk controls while improving client experiences.

You will own migrations, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives, partner with Product Managers to refine epics, manage dependencies, and report on KPIs such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness.
• Proven track record implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product/platform release management and deployment strategies.
• 7+ years in product delivery/program delivery/transformation within financial services.
• Experience delivering capabilities in commercial/wholesale lending and/or collateral-centric processes.
• Proven track record leading system migrations and modernization including cutover planning.
• Strong execution in Agile/Hybrid models with RAID and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, and product performance reporting.
• Lead change management activities across functional partners ensuring risk, controls, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Own delivery execution for ABL initiatives from discovery through production release; establish integrated plans and milestones.
• Coordinate migrations and platform modernization with rigorous cutover planning and operational readiness.
• Drive transformation delivery with digitization, STP improvements, and KPI adherence.
• Identify high-value ABL workflows for agentic AI/automation and define guardrails with IT/Data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine epics/features and ensure actionable user stories.
• Drive cross-functional governance and RAID management; report status and trade-offs to leadership.
• Ensure data governance, controls, auditability and regulatory readiness across delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end testing strategy and release readiness including UAT and hypercare.
