JPMorgan Chase is recruiting an Applied AI/ML Researcher at Vice President level in Palo Alto to lead innovative AI initiatives. You will blend hands-on development with strategic guidance, shaping reusable AI capabilities across the enterprise.

You will advance GenAI, agentic AI, CI/CD, observability and secure AI integration, collaborating with agile teams to drive productivity and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML research, or tech R&D.
• Strong Python skills and cloud platform familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• GenAI and agentic AI experience with prompts and tooling.
• Deep CI/CD, observability, and incident response know-how.
• Secure software development, privacy, and compliance focus.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence cross‑functional teams.

• Prototype AI tools and frameworks to streamline engineering workflows.
