Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Scientist Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct Operational Risk Data Analytics team. You will devise and develop proofs of concept and deployable models using AI/ML techniques and other statistical methods.

You will extract and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources to create analysis-ready datasets for modeling. You will independently formulate methodologies and quantitative tasks from business problems, and work with

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Python, R or Scala with quantitative degree.
• Strong knowledge of ML methods and statistical models.
• Hands-on experience with ML packages and graph learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex/unstructured data to understand the business problem and use case.
• Design and develop methodologies for quantitative models.
• Develop deployable, scalable models as part of a technology managed system or self-served app.
• Collaborate with data scientists, tech partners, risk professionals and model validation teams.
• Prepare technical documentation for internal review of quantitative models.
