Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Vice President, Regional Construction Execution (APAC) to oversee design, supply chain and construction for capital projects in the APAC region.

The role is remote, based in Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand, reporting to Global Construction leadership. Candidates should have 15+ years in construction management, with strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for construction, design and supply chain.
• Lead and manage a team of construction and design professionals.
• Be the regional in‑region leader for GID with global support.
• Ensure project management from initiation to completion within plans and budgets.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Develop supply chain partnerships for reliable regional support.
• Coordinate with project controls on funding plans and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to QA, commissioning programs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.
