Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking an Angular and .NET Full Stack Developer — Vice President — to lead applications development and analysis efforts in a hybrid model. You’ll drive architecture-aligned coding, mentor teams, and coordinate across technology groups to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and a clear track record in project delivery. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred, and the position is full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise and ensure application design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Use advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
