Epsilon is seeking a Vice President of Analytic Consulting to define and drive the strategic vision for a large analytic practice in the United States. You will partner with executives to deliver data-driven solutions, oversee growth, client engagement, and talent development, while advancing analytic methodologies and offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive analytics/consulting experience.
• 10+ years leading analytics or data science organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a large, profitable analytic consulting practice with strategic vision and capability roadmaps.
• Partner with executive collaborators to deliver data-driven insights and analytics solutions for complex business challenges.
• Influence client and organizational strategy through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, data science, and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of a portfolio of analytics engagements with quality, scalability, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Manage workforce planning, organizational design, budgeting, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive development and enhancement of analytics offerings, methodologies, tools, and internal best practices.
• Lead business development through client relationships, proposals, and solution design for growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization through executive presentations, industry events, and client engagements.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing analytics teams with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and client teams to deliver integrated, value-generating solutions.
