Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or Senior Director).
• Experience leading procurement operations across multiple countries, esp. US and Mexico.
• Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of tariff management, trade compliance, HTS classification, and cross-border rules.
• Proven track record of cost savings and procurement transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas regional procurement strategy aligned to global vision.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-country procurement organization (US, Mexico, LATAM).
• Own regional procurement P&L, cost savings targets, spend management, and TCO optimization.
• Govern BOM Health Program and secure resources for risk reduction across ops and eng.
• Lead supply chain risk and resiliency, including dual-sourcing and geopolitical risk.
• Drive tariff strategy, HTS, country-of-origin, and supplier tariff validation.
• Oversee strategic supplier relationships and master contracts with key vendors.
• Champion procurement digital transformation and analytics capabilities.
• Support NPDI projects with procurement readiness and risk targets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Quality leadership.
