Page Executive is seeking a Vice President of Global Procurement to lead a multinational procurement function across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, supply chain or operations).
• 15+ years in procurement and strategic sourcing in manufacturing/chemical industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and global team oversight.
• Significant chemical industry experience and strong financial acumen.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings.

• Develop and execute a 3–5 year global procurement strategy.
• Lead indirect and direct procurement across regions globally.
• Set clear goals, steer operations, and drive execution.
• Align sourcing with business goals with regional P&L leaders.
• Champion change management and improve supplier collaboration.
• Manage risk, quality, delivery, and cost in line with strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Ops, and more.
• Build executive relationships with global suppliers and internal teams.
• Drive cost savings and performance metrics across the organization.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry indicators.
