Job summary

Fairygodboss is seeking a Project Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to drive AI transformation initiatives across Global Banking and Payments. You will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic products, operating models, and processes aligned to data across the Firm, coordinating with Product and Technology teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to oversee design, development, testing, and implementation of strategic solutions
• Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to stakeholders and senior management
• Establish governance to oversee delivery of the project roadmap with stakeholder engagement
• Manage cross-functional teams across the firm and drive accountability to deliver outcomes
• Design and track project success measures and metrics aligned to goals, and report progress to stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans
• Ensure project data is correctly represented in systems of record
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the firm
• Lead high performing cross-functional teams toward delivery milestones

Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent in Technology, Data Science, Engineering or related area
