Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Project Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to lead Payments AI transformation initiatives across the group.

You will drive the delivery of new and enhanced products, operate models, and processes aligned to data across Corporate Investment Banking and Payments, partnering with Product and Technology teams. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change projects end-to-end from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to required timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Partner with Product and Technology teams along with other relevant firmwide groups, to oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of strategic solutions
• Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to key stakeholders and senior management
• Establish appropriate governance to oversee delivery of the project roadmap, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout
• Manage cross-functional teams across the firm and drive accountability with Lines of Businesses, Corporate Functions and firmwide stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes
• Design and track appropriate project success measures and metrics aligned to organizational goals, and communicate progress on these to stakeholders
• Identify and manage emerging project risks, issues and dependencies - proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum
• Ensure project data is correctly represented in the appropriate systems of record
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across the firm
• Lead high performing cross functional teams and effectively drive these teams towards delivery milestones
