Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Asset and Wealth Management Marketing Office seeks an Organizational Change Management Specialist Vice President to lead the people side of AI transformation across global marketing. You will translate the vision into actionable workstreams and build organizational readiness with leaders across regions.

You will drive adoption through communications, learning programs, and governance frameworks while tracking risks and impact.

Qualifications

7+ years of organizational change management, transformation, consulting, or marketing operations experience, ideally in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
Hands-on change management methodology in structured frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) with practical application in fast-moving environments.
Ability to distill transformation narratives into simple messages for diverse audiences from senior leaders to frontline marketers.
Sufficient understanding of AI capabilities and marketing operations to bridge technology teams and practitioners.
Skilled at running workshops, stakeholder management, and building trust across cultures and levels.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet timelines, and adapt in ambiguity.
Experience partnering with compliance/controls stakeholders for audit-ready documentation.
Executive presence to influence at all levels and present complex topics clearly.
Understanding content metadata attributes and taxonomy to drive governance across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management plans translating AI transformation into actionable workstreams across functions and regions.
Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to assess impact, address resistance, and tailor adoption approaches.
Create messaging and toolkits (FAQs, talking points, presentations) to communicate the AI journey.
Design and deliver learning experiences from AI literacy to new-workflow adoption.
Track adoption, training, sentiment, and risks with actionable recommendations for the CMO office.
Ensure governance, risk, and controls are embedded and audit-ready.
Apply human-centered design to reimagine processes and operating models for adoption.
Develop and maintain an AI governance framework for AWM Marketing.
Lead content governance initiatives including metadata standards and taxonomy adoption.
Partner with marketing operations and risk stakeholders to embed governance into daily processes.
