Job summary

Mastercard seeks a transformative leader to head AI Vulnerability Operations, building an enterprise AI-powered vulnerability command center that continuously detects, triages, and coordinates remediation across engineering and security teams.

You will establish governance, operating model, and global execution while translating findings into measurable risk reduction for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, vulnerability management, or related enterprise security leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale security or technology risk functions with strategy, execution, and governance.
• Operationalize AI, automation, analytics, or command center capabilities into repeatable processes.
• Executive communication to translate risk into clear priorities and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy for AI Vulnerability Operations and the AI-Powered Vulnerability Command Center.
• Define detection, triage, prioritization, ownership, remediation, and closure workflows.
• Lead 24/7 command center with global execution and executive reporting.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary organization spanning security, engineering, analytics, and risk.
