Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of clinical technology experience.
• Deep understanding of the member journey.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product development function, including formulating product vision and strategy.
• Lead enterprise UM portfolio strategy and governance and align roadmaps.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities across the UM lifecycle and measure productivity.
• Own ROI and KPI measurement framework for technology investments and initiatives.
• Develop and oversee the model for managing product development strategy.
• Develop and oversee product roadmaps aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Drive innovation across clinical, digital and data/analytics products.
• Partner with Operations, Pharma and Account Management to plan priorities.
• Build an effective product organization, including management, engagement and partnerships.
• Drive efficiency in RFP and client implementation processes.
• Review market landscape and ROI to inform leadership decisions.
• Monitor competitiveness and support new business opportunities.
• Manage and monitor strategic partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
