Job summary

symplr seeks a Vice President of Product Management for Quality to define and drive the product vision across AI-enabled healthcare quality solutions. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and align product strategy with market needs, compliance, and customer value.

You will shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans, owning ARR targets and profitability while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other technical background.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Strategy leadership position.
• 5+ years of experience in developing people and managing high performing teams.
• 5+ year experience managing and growing multi-product portfolios, totaling $100M+ of ARR.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI with attributed revenue, margins, and cost management.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams while rolling up sleeves to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an overall, multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and coach a team of product leaders and managers across the products.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines.
• Drive AI-enabled product experiences to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ONC, CMS) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
