Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other technical background required.
- 10+ years in Product Management or Strategy leadership.
- 5+ years building and guiding multi-product portfolios.
- Experience deploying AI with revenue impact in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for product strategy and business outcomes for Quality products.
- Define multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and coach product leaders and managers across products.
- Translate objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines.
- Ensure product experiences across cross-functional teams.
- Model use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to incorporate market voice.
- Drive KPIs including ARR, EBITDA, GRR, and NRR with commercial teams.
