Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for AI-enabled data products across the enterprise. You will lead product managers and collaborate with data engineering, security, governance and business leaders to deliver scalable, governable analytics capabilities that drive client value.

You will own a portfolio of AI-enabled analytics platforms, data sharing, semantic models, and self-service analytics, with a focus on governance, trust, and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products or Enterprise Technology.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs including quality, efficiency and value realization.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, governance and responsible AI requirements.
• Lead and develop Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and product delivery teams.
