Job summary

You will lead AI-enabled workflows, collaborate with product, design, and tech teams, own the backlog, drive agile delivery, and translate data insights into prioritized roadmaps that delight clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, product ownership, or business analyst experience.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers and software engineers in Agile environments.
• Ability to drive backlog health, epic delivery, and release coordination.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI tools to accelerate product workflows and prototype concepts.
• Own the product backlog for Self Directed Invest Account Opening and drive delivery with partners.
• Build and maintain AI-powered knowledge repositories and documentation.
• Lead requirement sessions to capture stakeholder needs and business impact.
• Coordinate with Tech Architects on architectural impact and strategic execution.
• Drive backlog prioritization using data and AI-driven insights.
• Develop deep knowledge of the current account opening platform and contribute to the target state.
