JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Product Management for the Self-Directed Account Opening system. You will work with product owners, designers, and technology teams to deliver a seamless self-directed experience for clients and advisors.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product management, hands-on experience with AI tools, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management/product ownership experience with a strong analytical background.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI productivity tools to build documentation, knowledge bases, and prototype concepts.
• Experience working with UX designers and software engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Self-Directed Invest Account Opening product backlog—contribute to grooming, story writing, and acceptance criteria to drive delivery across business and technology partners.
• Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate product workflows—from drafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to rapidly prototyping product concepts, interactive wireframes, and proof-of-concept demos.
• Build and maintain AI-powered knowledge repositories that capture tribal knowledge, product decisions, requirements history, and platform documentation.
• Conduct requirement sessions with appropriate teams to understand stakeholder needs and business impact.
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog health, epic delivery tracking, and release coordination in line with JPM standards.
• Engage with Tech Architects to understand architectural impacts to the Account Opening platform and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Contribute to prioritization through Agile planning methods, using data and AI-driven insights for backlog sequencing.
• Assist in building out the multi-year product roadmap by translating strategy into deliverables.
• Proactively analyze data and contribute to experimentation and measurement frameworks.
