Job summary

crypto seeks a hands-on VP of Product Analytics to lead the function and to build an AI-native analytics operating system across its crypto, stocks, prediction markets, perpetuals and stock futures products. You will set analytics strategy, grow the team, and ensure data drives product and business decisions at executive level while reviewing PRs.

This is a player-coach role with hands-on involvement in data modeling and PR reviews.

Qualifications

• Lead Product Analytics and build an AI-native analytics operating system across crypto, stocks, prediction markets, perpetuals and stock futures.
• Set analytics strategy, grow the team, and ensure data drives product and business decisions at executive level while reviewing PRs.
• Own product and business reporting, experimentation, release measurement, diagnostics, the Amplitude stack, and analytics delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Analytics and build an AI-native analytics OS across multiple product lines.
• Set strategy, grow the team, and ensure data informs executive-level decisions while reviewing PRs and guiding data modeling.
• Own reporting, experimentation, release measurement, diagnostics, and the Amplitude data stack for scalable analytics delivery.
