Moody's is seeking a senior team member to lead methodology development across sectors, coordinating with MDG, CSS, and rating teams. You will author methodological documents, prepare submission packages for review, and contribute to quantitative analyses while upholding internal standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analytics, and responsible AI integration to enhance rating methodologies globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably Structured Finance.
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to structure writing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead low and medium methodology development projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead projects using Agile to develop sector and cross-sector methodologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with MMDG, CSS, and rating teams to ensure robustness and transparency.
• Author methodology documents meeting internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare submission packages for Methodology Review Group approval.
• Assist with ad-hoc quantitative and analytical projects; ensure policy compliance.
