Job summary

Talener seeks a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize the Content Authoring Platform at Senior Director level in Hoboken, NJ, with 2–3 onsite days per week.

The role combines platform strategy, hands-on leadership of 20+ product managers, and AI-enabled innovations to upgrade a legacy system into a user-centric product, delivering measurable impact. You will mentor teams, drive discovery cycles, and align roadmaps with company OKRs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of platform products in enterprise settings.
• Ability to mentor 20+ PMs in a player-coach model.
• Hands-on leader who executes discovery and delivery.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into products.
• Data-driven mindset with OKRs and metrics.
