Job summary

Talener seeks a seasoned Head of Product Management to own and modernize the Content Authoring Platform at Senior Director level in Hoboken, NJ, with 2–3 onsite days per week.

The role combines platform strategy, hands-on leadership of 20+ product managers, and AI-enabled innovations to upgrade a legacy system into a user-centric product, delivering measurable impact. You will mentor teams, drive discovery cycles, and align roadmaps with company OKRs.

Core Requirements & Responsibilities

• Proven experience leading platform products, internal tooling, or internal applications within complex enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong track record as a player‑coach, with demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams (managing a team size of 20+).
• Hands‑on product leader who can drive platform strategy while executing day‑to‑day continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
• Direct experience integrating AI/ML‑driven capabilities into products, including generative AI, automated workflows, and recommendation engines to upgrade legacy applications.
• Establish a rigorous, data‑driven product mindset across the team, utilizing advanced metrics, instrumentation, and success frameworks to validate hypotheses and track OKRs.
