- Seasoned leader with 15+ years in product leadership and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record in ERP, HCM or talent systems modernization.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L or product line economics experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product vision for ERP and Talent systems.
- Lead modernization and platform unification across the product portfolio.
- Embed AI/ML use cases to drive customer value and ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.
- Scale a high-performing team through a period of transformation.
