Job summary

Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Threat Prevention. You will sit on the product executive leadership team, shape company-level strategy, and drive AI investments across the division.

You'll own the division's strategy, present to the CEO and board, and build a high-performing team with AI fluency while balancing commercial outcomes and risk. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software PM.
• VP or GM scope with P&L accountability.
• Experience presenting to boards and securing investments.
• Built operating model for product org end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence representing strategy to CEO/board.
• Fluency in applying AI to product strategy with responsible use.
• Cybersecurity or high-trust enterprise software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own division-level product strategy, pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Present investment plans to CEO and board with ROI and risk mitigation.
• Take P&L-adjacent accountability for division outcomes.
• Architect operating model, culture, and talent strategy for product org.
• Plan succession and development pipeline for VP/Director product talent.
• Build leadership team with AI fluency to inform investments.
• Manage multi-team talent, strategy, culture, and commercial outcomes.
• Apply AI analytics to rebalance investments across teams.
• Define AI capability vision and governance for the product org.
