Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with VP or GM scope and P&L accountability.
• Track record of presenting to boards or executive bodies and securing investment.
• Experience building and running a product organization's operating model end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own company-level product strategy for the division, including pricing, packaging, and platform fit.
• Present investment plans to the CEO and board with ROI projections and risk mitigation.
• Take full P&L-adjacent accountability for the division's outcomes and net-new ARR share.
• Architect the operating model, culture, and talent strategy for the product organization.
• Own succession planning and development for VP- and director-level product talent.
• Build a leadership team with strong AI fluency to inform investment decisions.
• Balance complexity of a large product organization across talent, strategy, culture, and executives.
• Apply AI-powered analytics to re-prioritize investments across teams.
• Define the AI capability vision and governance for the product organization.
