Qualifications

• Senior IC owning production ML systems in AWS.
• Experience with transformers and large-scale NLP models.
• Leadership and mentoring across seniority levels.
• Experience handling sensitive data per compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own ML systems end-to-end from data sourcing to deployment and monitoring.
• Set ML architecture across design, serving, and related systems.
• Guide production model serving using SageMaker, Triton, KServe, and containerized deployments.
• Benchmark alternatives and provide defensible technical recommendations to leadership.
• Establish reproducible ML standards and experimentation workflows.
• Ensure observability with tracing, metrics, and fault-tolerance.
• Plan capacity, throughput, and phased regional rollouts.
• Diagnose production incidents and mentor across ML codebase.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams on roadmaps and complexity.
