Job summary

Discovery Education is seeking a VP, Core Curriculum Solutions to transform how we create standards-aligned content for teachers and learners. You will lead a ground-up transformation from traditional editorial to an AI-augmented, vendor-driven production engine, with localization and scalable quality controls.

You will collaborate across pedagogy, AI, and curriculum operations to architect systems and partnerships that accelerate delivery while ensuring high editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership role.
• Experience delivering core instructional solutions in K-12 settings.

Responsibilities

• Redesign core curriculum development into modular, AI-assisted production pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and engineers.
• Own vendor ecosystem and governance to scale content production with editorial integrity.
• Translate district needs into content strategy decisions and curriculum refresh priorities.
