Job summary

Big Brainbox is seeking a production educator to center its curriculum-building process. You will use internal AI tools to generate lesson content and apply your teaching expertise to evaluate and refine outputs for real-world classrooms.

You will collaborate with the Curriculum Product Designer to shape AI prompts and models, conducting field tests with teachers and students to determine what lands and what doesn’t.

Qualifications

• Teaching or curriculum background and ability to explain what constitutes a good lesson.
• Working fluency with AI content tools and practical use beyond familiarity.
• Structured feedback skills with precise problem documentation.
• High output tolerance as production volume is central.
• Collaborative orientation with the Curriculum Product Designer.

Responsibilities

• Generate lesson content daily using internal AI production tools.
• Perform first-pass review of AI-generated lessons for accuracy and alignment with curriculum.
• Make tactical, session-level adjustments to AI outputs to improve quality.
• Field test lessons with students and teachers; document what works and why.
• Deliver structured, evidence-based feedback to inform prompt and system improvements.
• Work in a loop with the Designer; field data becomes raw material for improvements.
