Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, Compensation Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation products across the Colleague Experience team. This role supports decision-making with data-driven insights and scalable AI-enabled solutions, located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of product management experience, 3–5 years in Compensation, and strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years product management experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
• 3–5 years experience in Compensation including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards; compensation product owner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation products and capabilities.
• Drive product discovery activities using design thinking, user research, and data analysis.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions, automation capabilities, and decision-support tools.
• Partner with Compensation, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable product solutions and drive improvements.
