Job summary
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Compensation Product Manager to join the Colleague Experience team in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. This senior role leads compensation product strategy, roadmap creation, and delivery, driving equitable, data-driven decisions.
You will champion AI-enabled solutions, automation, and decision-support tools while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to translate complex needs into scalable products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
- 5-10 years product management experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
- 3-5 years experience in Compensation including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation products and capabilities.
- Drive product discovery using design thinking: user research, interviews, persona development, data analysis.
- Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions, automation, and decision-support tools.
- Partner with Compensation, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable product solutions and measure success.
