Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager for Asset Wealth Management's D3 Digital, Data, and Distribution to drive the evaluation and scaling of AI-assisted tools. You will optimize capacity planning, dependency management, and deliver measurable P&L impact across roadmaps for client, advisor, and marketer personas.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, risk management, and collaboration with Compliance, Tech, and InfoSec to deploy AI responsibly and align with firm guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology transformation, or organizational design.
• Experience with business transformation and organizational design, landing large-scale change in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools and their implications for team structure and skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and ability to derive insights from adoption metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with senior leaders across Digital, Technology, Data and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, Github Copilot, VS Code) for faster piloting and MVP design across D3 product teams.
• Lead product acceleration and redefine collaboration to deliver cross-product outcomes, managing capacity and dependencies.
• Develop AI-assisted resource allocation model, including team structure and vendor rationalization tied to P&L value and growth opportunities.
• Define the product lifecycle evolution, integrating with data teams and business intelligence across horizontal stripes.
• Define future skills and development pathways for AI-augmented product managers.
• Manage Risk & Controls framework with Compliance, Technology and Information Security to meet data protection and regulatory standards.
• Track impact of AI tool adoption on productivity, velocity, and business outcomes; report to senior leadership via OKRs.
