• 10 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, consulting, or product strategy.
• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
• Analyze large datasets and apply analysis approaches using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Define success metrics and measurement plans that connect work to business outcomes.
• Translate business problems into structured requirements for analytics and technology teams.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Partner with analytics and technology leaders to deliver workflow improvements that lift conversion, productivity, or engagement.

Responsibilities
