Job summary

Qualifications

• Independent Line 2 oversight of AI and data risks within enterprise governance.
• Strong understanding of AI risk management and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent Line 2 oversight of AI and data risks across governance.
• Develop and enhance AI data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Define enterprise AI use case inventory with clear ownership.
• Perform independent challenge and review of AI use cases for compliance.
• Assess lifecycle adherence to AI governance requirements, including risk and controls.
• Support reporting of key AI risk metrics to senior management.
• Contribute to FEAT principles implementation: fairness, ethics, accountability, transparency.
• Promote responsible AI adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Balance risk with appropriate AI adoption within the bank.
