Job summary
BECU is seeking a Vice President of Agile Product Management to shape organizational product practices across our enterprise. You will lead the product lifecycle, governance, and standards while guiding product coaches and leaders to ensure aligned roadmaps and execution.
The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional partnership, and delivering enterprise outcomes with strong executive influence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, product management or related field.
- 10 years building or leading products with related delivery experience.
- 10 years of people leadership in a matrix organization.
- 5 years broad product management across multiple agile teams.
- Experience leading product transformations at a large organization.
- Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.
Responsibilities
- Shape the enterprise product management function, lifecycle, and governance.
- Coach and develop talent; conduct timely performance evaluations.
- Standardize product management practices across BECU.
- Drive the enterprise product roadmap and alignment with strategy.
- Grow product leadership and onboard new talent.
- Lead through influence with matrix leadership for product leaders.
