You will influence senior leaders, align roadmaps with enterprise priorities, and grow a high-performing product leadership team while partnering with business and technology partners. This role offers broad impact and visible leadership.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience building, deploying, or leading products.
• 10 years of people leadership experience in a matrix environment.
• 5 years of broad product management experience with multiple agile teams.
• Experience leading product management practices, operating models, governance forums, or product transformations across a large, complex organization.
• Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters in Tukwila, if not based in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead enterprise product management function and lifecycle.
• Coach product leaders and guide enterprise roadmaps.
• Establish standards, governance, and tools for product execution.
• Align roadmaps with enterprise strategy and budgets.
• Provide updates to executive leadership on progress and risks.
