Responsibilities include designing AI frameworks, integrating multiple model providers and platforms, and mentoring junior engineers

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive software engineering with hands-on coding.
• 2+ years focused on AI software development, LLM-based solutions, or agentic systems.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI capabilities into production.

• AI Solution Development: design, implement, and deploy scalable agentic AI frameworks.
• Agentic Systems: integrate multiple model providers and platforms.
• Full-Stack AI Engineering: build apps with LLM-driven workflows and AI tooling.
• Iterative Delivery: MVP-first, rapid iteration with continuous experimentation.
• Evaluation & Optimization: metrics and feedback loops to improve AI performance.
• Emerging Technologies: prototype advances in agent-based and autonomous AI.
• Technical Collaboration: mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Domain Alignment: ensure AI solutions meet banking requirements.
