Qualifications

• Underwrite LIHTC and layered financing with attention to credits and subsidies.
• Lead risk analysis for affordable housing transactions and complex deals.
• Demonstrate strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Collaborate across Legal, Portfolio Management and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk analysis of affordable housing transactions and project economics.
• Prepare and defend credit packages to senior management and credit committees.
• Coordinate closings, monitor covenant tracking, and manage portfolio draws.
• Mentor peers and drive best practices across the team.
