JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Workforce and Affordable Housing Credit Officer in the Community Development Real Estate team to lead the full credit lifecycle for construction and permanent loans. You will oversee risk reviews, structure transactions, and guide portfolio management from construction through stabilization, partnering with developers, public agencies, and internal teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in market rate or community development real estate lending or investing.
• Demonstrated underwriting expertise in subordinate/public subsidy layers and construction/permanent financing structures.
• Proven leadership with the ability to set direction and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end to end risk analysis of workforce and affordable housing transactions, including sources and uses, and project and market economics.
• Prepare, present, and defend comprehensive credit packages to senior management and credit committees.
• Evaluate and synthesize third-party due diligence and incorporate findings into credit decisions.
• Review legal documentation and confirm alignment with risk appetite and approved credit terms.
• Identify, assess, and monitor credit risk throughout construction and lease up.
• Manage an active loan portfolio, including construction draws and covenant tracking.
• Establish risk analysis standards and best practices; champion accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver timely outcomes.
• Conduct site visits and participate in industry events to maintain market knowledge.
• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership with data-driven guidance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and data integrity across systems.
