Job summary

Antares Capital LP is seeking a Vice President, Advisor Consultant in Los Angeles to drive strategic growth across the advisor community. You will engage wirehouses, RIAs, and independent broker-dealers, translating the firm's private credit and direct lending investments into advisor adoption and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, market leadership, and enterprise growth within Antares’ Wealth Distribution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area; MBA/CFA/CAIA strongly preferred.
• Proven sales performance in accounts across wirehouses, broker-dealers, and RIAs.
• Knowledge of alternative investments including BDCs, private credit and direct lending.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver results.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence advisor communities.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, service, and marketing activities with registered Investment advisors, wirehouses and RIAs.
• Directly manage major markets with a client-centric, sales-driven approach.
• Develop territory business plans and act as a primary contact for financial advisors.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals.
• Generate leads, pursue new opportunities, and track performance within the region.
• Convey deep knowledge of investment strategies and fund vehicles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve challenges.
